Central Hall Westminster is known for being one of the most forward thinking and respected venues in the city, hosting everything from conferences to concerts. The building itself is Grade II listed and features not only the impressive 2400-capacity auditorium but an additional 25 rooms, meaning there is a very generous maximum capacity of 4500 in all. This understandably equates to a large amount of versatility and as such, the venue plays host to more than 700 events in a year.
Big Sky Studios boasts two interconnected studios (linked via large double doors) which combine to offer almost 950 square metres of floor space, allowing for up to 650 guests at a standing event. These studios are located on the ground floor and benefit from drive-in access for easy set-up. In addition, there are an extra five smaller adjoining spaces that are perfect for holding breakout meetings, brainstorming sessions and group work, before reconvening in the main studios.
Inside Ravenous House is a beautiful ballroom which has a late licence in place, so you needn’t worry about noise restrictions. If you’d prefer a more outdoorsy approach to your teambuilding event however, the gardens have a festival vibe complete with a fire pit, and can be used for the likes of glamping, with marquees, Tipis and yurts available via local suppliers. There are onsite caterers to make organising refreshments a lot easier and full weekend hire is also an option.
Omega Place can be found in Kings Cross, just a few minutes from the station of the same name and also within walking distance of Euston and Angel, for easy access from throughout the length and breadth of the city. As well as the main studio space, this is another venue that benefits from several additional areas ideal as breakout spaces that will allow you guests to work in smaller groups if need be. Altogether, there is space for up to 175 people to attend, and the venue is well suited to weekend hire in particular.
