The restaurant is headed by Head Chef Tong Chee Hwee, who has been with Hakkasan since its inception. In 2003 the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star, which it has retained to this day, continuing to place Hakkasan at the forefront of Chinese cuisine. Mondrian London at Sea Containers is a visually striking space that effortlessly combines the luxury of the boutique brand with the eclectic vibe of the city’s South Bank. Shaka Zulu is full of authentic and transporting touches, being London’s largest South African restaurant that opened in 2010 with a royal blessing from the Zulu King himself, HRH Goodwill Zwelithini.
