The Exhibit is in fact a very flexible venue, with 3 floors of space on offer in all. As such, this all day eating and drinking hub can play host to all manner of different occasions, from comedy nights to life drawing classes, but with one of the available spaces being its very own boutique cinema with comfortable sofa seating, it seems tailor-made for a small screening event. Being just seconds from Northern Line tube stop, it’s conveniently located for those travelling via public transport.
The Forge has a very relaxed and welcoming vibe, with quirky, colourful décor that feels a world away from the office, whilst still being a prime spot for all sorts of different corporate related gatherings, including screenings. As a handy extra, there is also an onsite kitchen and bar, meaning you can easily organise refreshments for afterwards if you so wish. Found in Camden Town, it is just a few minutes from the station of the same name, as well as Mornington Crescent.
City Zebrano is a stylish, contemporary cocktail lounge that can cater to as many as 350 guests per event. The team will more than happily work alongside you throughout the planning process to make sure you get everything you need taken care of with as little fuss as possible. Having been shortlisted for the prestigious Restaurant and Bar Design Awards 2016, you can rest assured that you will be within a quality venue. As for getting there, the nearest tube stop is Aldgate East.
Part of CRATE – and found just a stone’s throw from their bar and pizzeria –The Brew-Shed is a converted warehouse venue with a fantastic sense of urban chic, as guests will be surrounded by shiny brew tanks and exposed brickwork that makes it feel very much at home within its Hackney Wick setting. With a capacity of 150, it’s well-suited to smaller scale gatherings, whilst the fully equipped onsite kitchen means that sorting out catering is once again not a problem.
If it’s something more akin to a blank canvas you are looking for, then 74A could be just the venue for you. Though it does have unique industrial details and features that include polished concrete flooring and an atrium ceiling that floods the space with natural light, its finish is simple enough that it can be tailored to suit your own needs, hence why it has become such a sought-after spot for cutting-edge brands. Downstairs, there is additional space that would be particularly ideal for holding your screening, as it has a more intimate feel.
