With so many great showrooms in Central London, it can be difficult to know which one is right for your particular event. To help make things a little easier, we’ve prepared a breakdown of some of the very best.
Oui 2 Rooms is a multi-award winning showroom and highly flexible event space found in W1 in the heart of the city. This great location keeps it within the buzz of the capital, well connected to the rest of London courtesy of good transport links, such as Goodge Street, Oxford Street and Great Portland Street. Exposed brickwork brings character and atmosphere to the space, which in itself is filled with plenty of natural light. The ground floor access makes loading and unloading easy, which ensures that the setting up of your event is a much more straightforward task.
Perfect for the likes of product launches, drinks receptions and pop-up events, Mortimer Street Gallery is a venue with two parts; the generous open space at the entrance and a smaller, intimate space in the back, adding up to offer a total floor space of 968 square feet. With good glass frontage, you can expect plenty of natural lighting to really illuminate this blank canvas, which can be tailored to suit your own specific requirements. Other onsite facilities include a toilet, a kitchenette complete with tea making facilities and access to Wi-Fi throughout.
Noho Studios is one of the city’s newest offerings and is another excellent choice for those looking for a blank canvas exhibition space which allows you the creative freedom to kit out the venue accordingly for your event. With 2000 square feet of space available in all, accented by characterful white brick arches and high ceilings, your options are kept very open. There is also shop window space and fully brandable frontage that allows you to really make your mark whilst the venue is under hire. It’s also well connected to the rest of the city, being just 2 minutes each from Goodge Street and Oxford Circus stations.
West Central Studio offers both daylight and blackout options, meaning the space can really be transformed depending on your needs. Despite having a somewhat more intimate maximum capacity of just 50, it still feels bright and spacious, with a very contemporary and minimalistic approach to the finish keeping things adaptable once again, meaning it can play host to many different event styles. Your nearest transport options would be Holborn and Covent Garden tube stations, which can be reached in just 3 and 5 minutes on foot respectively.
Park Village Studio is found within a historic building, close to W1 and right by the edge of Regent’s Park. Priding themselves on their versatility, the interior is designed in such a way that it can cater to all sorts of different occasions, from corporate conferences to wedding receptions; press launches to fashion shows, and just about everything else you can imagine in between. This means that no matter the feel you are going for with your event, it can be achieved here. Mornington Crescent and Camden Town stations are both reachable in just 8 minutes, so you needn’t worry about getting to and from the venue either.
