The beauty of a venue like Cloud and Horse is how flexible it is, and that comes from the simple, white wall finish that allows it to function as a blank canvas, ripe for being transformed to suit your own individual needs or taste. Bright, open and contemporary, it is ideally suited to a whole range of corporate occasions, able to accommodate a maximum capacity of around 200; generous and yet still keeping things on the more intimate side of the event world. Situated on the Victoria line, Cloud and Horse can be found between Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale tube stations.
Proud Camden has been specifically designed with flexibility in mind, being another offering that is able to bend to the whims of many a different event type. Overall, it is anything but small, with a total capacity of a whopping 1000. Once you break the venue down into its individual areas however, the option of a more low-key gathering becomes apparent. These spaces include The Main Gallery, which is a generous exhibition space and photographic backdrop; the seven converted horse stables which come with a range of uses; and the South Gallery, which oozes decadence and comes with full catering and entertainment options.
Belt Craft Studios is in fact a duo of converted warehouses that can either be hired individually or together, depending on your event’s particular needs. The first is Belt Craft Studio itself, which is a former textiles factory offering 4000 square feet of space. The vintage feel of the main space with its wooden floorboards and original painted brickwork gives it an industrial, urban quality, which is bang on trend within the events scene. Extras include a green room, kitchen, change room, make-up room, bathrooms and large windows. The second studio is Buckle Factory, which, though half the size, is equally charming.
Cob Studios is a highly contemporary feeling white cube venue. The unique architectural features and simple, modern aesthetic throughout have allowed it to play host to everything from art exhibitions to wedding receptions, and from film screenings to parties, giving you a clear indication as to just how flexible it can be. Bright and airy with great lighting, the space can accommodate up to a total of 180 guests, who are sure to make good use of Camden Road and Camden Town tube stations, which can be reached in just 2 and 6 minutes respectively.
