Unique Christmas party venues in the City of London

The City of London is a hotbed of fantastic events throughout the festive season, so if you want to secure a booking for one of its more unique venue offerings for yourself, it’s always advisable to try and do so sooner rather than later. This list will hopefully point you in the right direction, taking the legwork out of your search and making sure you don’t miss out.

Core

Core

CORE- a slice of cool in the heart of the city. With three delightfully different rooms spread over two floors as well as a colourful outside terrace, each with its own quirks and features; CORE is a unique venue for hire in London. Situated just by Bank station, we cover an array of events including Corporate, Christmas parties, Quiz nights, Birthday parties, Engagement parties and Meetings to name a few. Dynamic and unique, CORE is the ideal destination for your next event.

Camino Basement Bar

Found mere minutes from St Paul’s Cathedral and within stumbling distance of Blackfriars tube stop, Camino Basement Bar is home to the UK’s first dedicated cava bar, having originally opened its doors as Copa de Cava in May 2013. Nestled amidst brick vaults, the interior is rich in atmosphere and character, being an authentic nod to a Catalan bodega. There’s a late licence in place as well as all the necessary set-up for DJs and live music, so organising entertainment should be a breeze.

The Gable

The Gable is a very flexible, multi-purpose event space that can turn its hand to almost any occasion. For private functions, they particularly recommend heading downstairs to the Cellar, an intimate space with various fun design details. You’re spoilt for choice really when it comes to choosing which spaces to utilise, however, with the venue as a whole able to accommodate as many as 620, so you needn’t worry about having to leave people off the guest list.

Neo Barbican

Though something of a newcomer to the London events scene, Neo Barbican has already carved a niche for itself, hosting top events for some of the city’s leading firms. The space itself is striking, having been formed out of rugged quartz imported stone, with a flexible layout and a good range of inhouse extras on hand should you need them, adding to the venue’s versatility. As the name would suggest, it’s found in the Barbican area, within easy reach of its namesake tube station.

The Singer Tavern

Housed within a Grade II listed building, The Singer Tavern is a modern pub with cool design touches found throughout that include wood panelling, colourful tiles and large windows that let in plenty of natural light for a bright and airy feel. Rest assured you’ll find a great selection of craft beers, wines, boutique spirits and tasty cocktails, whilst the inhouse kitchen will make sure no one leaves feeling hungry. The capacity totals 340 for a standing reception or 93 if you opt for a sit-down meal, with the nearest rail links being Bank and Moorgate.
